In psychology flow is the honed in energized focus you get when performing tasks that are challenging that can be experienced in hula hooping and programming.
In this talk I plan on explaining the psychological phenomena that is flow and the tasks that cause you to experience it. Speaking to what flow is and why our brains experience it. Specifically focusing on hula hooping and programming. I’ll also be talking about how to build hardware into hula hoops and program them. Focusing on how flow can happen with both physical and mental tasks.
